The triple scripts ecosystem does not separate the pool of stakeholders into "developers" and "users". There are only people—all of whom are empowered to work towards realizing their own goals. Given the void introduced by eschewing with the term "users", it might be beneficial to consider (and refer to) the analogs in the triple scripts ecosystem as "operators".
