The latest trplkt release is trplkt 0.12.0. For the iteration of trplkt currently undergoing development and next planned for release, refer to the page for trplkt/0.13.x.
The latest release should always be available at the URL
<https://releases.triplescripts.org/trplkt/latest/Build.app.htm.zip>.For the time being, trplkt can be built from source. (It's easy.) There is no public-facing triplescripts.org-hosted repo at the moment, but an authoritative copy can be found on Codeberg at the URL <https://codeberg.org/triplescripts/trplkt>. Release builds are also synced to Codeberg.
Included below are details for some releases, but you can refer to the full CHANGELOG.
